How it works

  1. 1

Pick an industry and an area

For example “dental clinics” in “Shibuya, Tokyo”. No Japanese needed.

  2. 2

Get a list with phone numbers and a map

Business name, address, phone number and website, from Google Maps' official data.

  3. 3

Filter by a reason to reach out, then export CSV

Keep only businesses with no website, few reviews and other sales triggers.

Sales triggers you can filter by

  • No website
  • Weak Google Maps ranking (4th or lower)
  • No online booking
  • Fewer than 10 photos
  • Fewer than 10 reviews
  • Rating below 3.5

FAQ

Who is LeadConveni for?
Companies and freelancers outside Japan who want to sell to Japanese businesses — SaaS companies, agencies and consultants entering the Japanese market — as well as anyone who needs Japanese business lists without reading Japanese.
Where does the data come from?
From public business listings on Google Maps, retrieved through Google's official API. We do not scrape web pages.
Are names and addresses in English?
We request English where Google Maps has it. Many small Japanese businesses only have Japanese names, so some entries will stay in Japanese.
Do you provide email addresses?
No. Lists include phone numbers and websites. Most small businesses in Japan expect calls in Japanese, so working with a Japanese-speaking team member or partner gives the best results.
How is pricing charged?
Plans are billed monthly in Japanese yen through Square. One lead uses one credit.
