About the data

Where LeadConveni's lead list data comes from, how it is collected, and what to keep in mind.

Source of business data: Public business listings on Google Maps, retrieved through Google's official Places API. We do not scrape web pages.
Fields in each list: Business name, address, phone number, website, category, Google Maps rating, review count, photo count, online booking availability, map location and search rank.
What we do not collect: Email addresses, contact person names or personal contact details. Only information the business has made public.
Results per search: Up to 60 per search (a Google limit). Businesses whose address is outside the chosen area are removed automatically.
Retention: In line with Google's terms, business data is deleted automatically 30 days after retrieval. Your own status and notes are kept.
Establishment counts (industry × area pages): Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications / METI, 2021 Economic Census for Business Activity, Table 9-1A (all establishments by industry, as of June 1, 2021). Census categories follow Japan's industrial classification and differ from the number of businesses on Google Maps.
Accuracy: Google Maps data can be incomplete or out of date. Please confirm the name, phone number and business status before contacting.
